Event volunteer opportunities

We are always looking for volunteers to help us at our fundraising events across Sussex throughout 2012. If you think you can spare a couple of hours, we need help at the following events:

Eastbourne Carnival Procession, Eastbourne Seafront

Fundraising and Awareness Stall at Meadowlands Music Festival, Glynde Place, Near Lewes
Saturday 25 May and Sunday 26 May
Sessions between 11am and 4pm

Awareness stall at Dogs Trust Shoreham open day
Sunday 26 May
Sessions from from 10am till 1pm or 1pm till 4pm

Running a raffle/awareness stand at a Beauty Evening at Boots, Montague Street, Worthing
Wednesday 29 May in the evening

Charity and awareness stall at Lindfield Village Day

Band's gig at Con Club, Crouch Lane, in Seaford - running a raffle, selling raffle tickets, and drawing the winners.

Awareness stall/fundraising game at Minis on the Rec event at Shoreham Recreation Ground
Sunday 21 July
Sessions 9am to 1pm or 1pm to 5pm

Running the stocks at Mediaeval Mayhem Festival at Loxwood Meadow, Loxwood
Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 August
Dressing up required

Rotary Carnival Float - Grand Avenue, Worthing
Help set up on 25 June and procession on 26 June.
Sessions between 9am and 4pm.

St Andrews School sponsored walk, route marshals required. Start and end at Meads Road, Eastbourne
Saturday 7 September 2013 from 9am till 1pm
Lunch provided

10k Coastal Run in Littlehampton, marshaling, serving refreshments and giving out medals.
Sunday 15 September
Sessions between 7am and 1pm

The Snowman Spectacular Fundraising Ball in Brighton, set up, meet and greet and run fundraising initiatives
Saturday 7 December
Sessions: Setup 9am to 4pm, during the event from 6pm to 2am and clear=up from 2am to 3pm
