Community Fundraising Administration Assistant

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (normal office hours with occasional out of hours involved)
Salary: £17,790 – £18,710 (depending on depth and variety of experience in a similar role)
Closing date: Friday 22 September

Location: Chestnut Tree House Children’s Hospice near Arundel

Chestnut Tree House, near Arundel is the children’s hospice for East & West Sussex and South East Hampshire. We provide specialist palliative care for children and young people with life-shortening conditions across Sussex and South East Hampshire.

This role involves:

  • Assisting the CTH community fundraising team by liaising with supporters
  • Varied admin duties including letter writing and accurate and speedy input of data
  • Being first point of contact for fundraising enquiries via telephone and email
  • Management of fundraising materials stock and booking out system
  • Some donation processing and cash handling

An enhanced DBS will be sought, if you are successful in this role. (Safeguarding)
