The St. Barnabas Hospices fundraising event portfolio is growing, and so too is our need for talented, passionate sports and challenge events professionals. With exciting and challenging plans we are looking to recruit an Events and Campaigns Fundraiser to work with our exiting team.
We are looking for someone who can develop, plan, market and deliver a number of different events, including our flagship ‘Night to Remember’ event, as well as our running teams and other mass participation and third party events.
The successful applicant will be educated to a good standard, have organisational and planning skills and be able to allocate resources effectively. At least 2 years’ experience in event organisation and marketing is essential. You must have excellent inter-personal and communication skills as well as the ability to problem solve, manage risk and think on your feet.
A full driving licence and own transport are essential for this post.
For an informal discussion about this post please contact Vicky harries at Vicky.email@example.com.
An enhanced DBS will be sought, if you are successful in this role. (Safeguarding)
The safe recruitment of staff at St Barnabas Hospices is the first step to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and adults in our care. As an employer we expect all staff and volunteers to share our commitment to safeguarding.
