Pay for a Day: Mind Tools

Friday 20 July 2018

The cost of all care services at Chestnut Tree House on Monday 23 July have been paid for by Mind Tools. This is why they have chosen to pay for a day:

At Mind Tools, we spend a lot of time thinking globally. On 23rd July, we took some time out to think locally and support a very special children’s charity, Chestnut Tree House. The hospice serves families in East and West Sussex, UK, where we have our HQ office. Mind Tools’ employees learnt about the work of Chestnut Tree House, how it supports local families and how it raises much needed funds to run the hospice and community service. Mind Tools made a donation to “pay for the day” to support the running of the charity. Mind Tools’ director, Rachel Thompson said: “Chestnut Tree House is an incredible place that supports local families when they most need it. We are proud to support their amazing work.”

Pay For a Day logoEveryone Chestnut Tree House would like to thank Mind Tools for their generous support.

We have to raise £6,850 every day to pay for a day of care at Chestnut Tree House, provided at the house and in the children’s own homes. It currently costs over £3.9million each year to provide our care services and families are never charged.
