The costs of all care services at Chestnut Tree House on 21 July 2019 have been paid for by Malcolm Thorpe.
Malcolm said “Instead of countries spending vast fortunes on space projects, we should be spending this money on our own endangered planet and the sections of the world population who experience various types of vulnerability. This is reflected in myself taking personal responsibility of sponsorship of Chestnut Tree House children’s hospice near Arundel, by my paying for a total day’s care.
Commemorating exactly 50 years since the first men to walk on the Moon surface, “One small step for man” – Neil Armstrong. And celebrating the daily work of all Chestnut Tree House Staff, “One giant leap for humanity” – Malcolm Thorpe.
We have to raise £6,850 every day to provide care at Chestnut Tree House and out in the community in families’ own homes. Thank you so much to Malcolm for his generous support.
