On 15 November we launched our new-look website

Why the update?

Just as we may change our hairstyle or the colour of our lounge, it’s important to keep websites fresh and up to date too. As well as a modern look and feel, our new site has been optimised for mobile devices, in line with advances in technology and shifts in consumer behaviour.

We wanted to make the website easier for you to use and have taken a ‘user-first’ approach to the new website. Going forward we’ll be optimising and testing the website and making improvements as we learn new things about how you interact with it.
