Most of the £4.6 million needed every year to provide our care comes from the generosity of superheroes like you. On Friday 25 June 2021, we need you to dream up a superhero themed challenge or activity and be a superhero for Chestnut Tree House.
Everyone – of all ages and abilities – is invited to take part in Superhero Friday, and it’s simple to get involved. All you need to do is dream up your very own superhero themed challenge and help raise vital funds for children who need hospice care.
You can have a superhero mufti day at school, hold a mega mask competition with your group, bake some super themed cupcakes for your friends, or hold a virtual superhero themed quiz with work colleagues – the possibilities are endless.
It’s free to sign up and we have everything you need to get started.
Children’s Hospice Week is the UK’s only awareness and fundraising week for children with life-shortening conditions and their families and the palliative care services that support them.
This year Children’s Hospice Week is from 21 to 27 June, and the message is ‘Pushed to the Limits’. The round the clock care that children with life-shortening conditions need impacts on the entire family. Families often find it difficult to spend quality time together as it can be complicated to do even the simplest activities. Read more about Children’s Hospice Week.
