Get outdoors and commit to something truly different this summer as we make a splash for local children’s hospice care. Take on 1km, 3km or even 5km in this brand-new open water swim. Taking place at the stunning Weir Wood Reservoir near East Grinstead, enjoy a day filled with natural beauty, camaraderie, and achievement, all whilst supporting local children and families who need your support 💛

Take the plunge with our 1km swim - Maybe you're just starting out as an open water swimmer, or it is something you have always wanted to try; here is your chance! Sign up today to our 1km beginners swim, and we will support you in every step of your journey to reach your first ever kilometre in open water.
Level up with our 3km or 5km swim -Perhaps you are looking to take the next big step in your open water journey? Why not choose from our 3km or 5km options and use our training plans and tips to take your swim to the next level.

1km, 3km, 5km swims

Approximate timings
3km and 5km – 8:00am start

First 1km session – 12:30pm start

Second 1 km session – 3:00pm start

Estimated swimming time

The length of time the swim takes you very much depends on your own swimming speed, and there is no pressure to go any faster than you are comfortable with. However, as a guide, please see below we estimate:

1km swim: 30 – 90 minutes

3km swim: 1 hour – 2 hours

5km swim: 1.5 hours – 3.5 hours
