Get your students and staff involved in Reindeer Fun this year, to support your local children’s hospice and spread some Christmas cheer.
From cracking Christmas dance offs to taking on a festive run, join in with Chestnut Tree House to take on some exciting Reindeer Fun!
Grab your antlers this December and and hold your very own Reindeer Fun fundraising challenge at your school, supporting life-shortened children in your local community.
We will give every participant FREE reindeer antlers and a red nose which are yours to keep, and one Santa suit for the leader! All we ask is that you raise as much sponsorship as you can, and have lots of festive fun!
Watch the video below, featuring Elgar House at The Weald School, to learn more about how your school can join in the Reindeer Fun…
Last year, children hopped, skipped and jumped their way through their Reindeer-themed challenges and raised money for Chestnut Tree House along the way. There were obstacle courses, laps around fields, bake sales and even an ice skating challenge!
Want to get involved for 2020? Put together your own challenge, and gather your sponsorship. Here are some more ideas:
We will provide you with everything you need to run your event, including posters, sponsorship forms, online resources and helpful hints. We will also give an age-appropriate assembly about the hospice, either in person, or via an online platform such as Zoom.
We are closely monitoring the government guidelines for COVID-19, and are hopeful that everyone will be able to join in and have some Reindeer Fun!
Should the social distancing rules change in December, we will also be providing lots of ideas and inspiration for how you can join in virtually, and in households.
Keep an eye out for more information coming soon.
