Thank you for your interest in working for Chestnut Tree House children’s hospice. We have a range of jobs available at the hospice and in our charity shops which we regularly have vacancies for, covering East and West Sussex.

Chestnut Tree House is the children’s hospice for East and West Sussex and South East Hampshire, providing specialist palliative care for children and young people with life-shortening conditions.
We are looking for a hardworking, well-organised, catering assistant with good all-round food preparation skills to join our Catering Team at Chestnut Tree House.
The hours of work will be on an as and when required basis, to cover for annual leave and sickness.
Your duties will include:
You will need to have a flexible, team-orientated approach and must be comfortable working in the hospice environment.
Food Hygiene Level 2 and/or previous experience of catering in a care environment would be preferred.
Due to the remote location and lack of public transport, access to your own transport is essential.
