Thank you for your interest in working for Chestnut Tree House children’s hospice. We have a range of jobs available at the hospice and in our charity shops which we regularly have vacancies for, covering East and West Sussex.
You can also view current job vacancies at St Barnabas House, our adults’ hospice based in Worthing, West Sussex.
St Barnabas Hospices offers specialist palliative care through two hospices: St Barnabas House adult hospice in Worthing and Chestnut Tree House children’s hospice near Arundel in Sussex.
The person who joins the team as Chair of the Board of Trustees will not only need to be at the top of their game in terms of strategic leadership, people skills and business and commercial acumen, but they will also need to be demonstratively committed to our values and vision. We are at a very exciting stage of growth and development and this is a unique opportunity to be part of one of the largest and most successful charities in the South East.
Time commitment: Around 10 meetings a year during weekdays
Duration: Initially 3 years, can be extended for a further three years
Location: Worthing, West Sussex
Remuneration: Unpaid (expenses reimbursed)
Training: A full induction and support training will be provided
