Thank you for your interest in working for Chestnut Tree House children’s hospice. We have a range of jobs available at the hospice and in our charity shops which we regularly have vacancies for, covering East and West Sussex.
You can also view current job vacancies at St Barnabas House, our adults’ hospice based in Worthing, West Sussex.
Chestnut Tree House is the children’s hospice for East and West Sussex and South East Hampshire, providing specialist palliative care for children and young people with life-shortening conditions.
Working two afternoons per week from 3pm to 7pm, Thursdays and Fridays and alternate weekends, 10am to 7pm Saturday and Sunday.
Your duties will include:
You will need to have a flexible, team-orientated approach and must be comfortable working in the hospice environment.
Additional shifts may be offered to cover for annual leave/sickness.
Food Hygiene Level 2 and/or previous experience of catering in a care environment would be preferred.
Due to the remote location and lack of public transport, access to your own transport is essential.
