This is an exciting time to join our team as we undergo service transformation and development. We’re investing in a wide range or roles within the clinical team to support our outreach and engagement with children, young people and families.

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and passionate newly qualified nurses to provide Children and Young People (CYP’s) palliative care as part of a multi-disciplinary team, working in the care team. What the role offers you:

You don’t need to have experience of working in palliative care as  we offers a comprehensive development and preceptorship programme along with inhouse training which can be delivered to support staff to achieve further clinical skills
  • The opportunity to develop in, and support, community short breaks in children and young people’s homes.
  • A workplace where we strive for excellence everyday and have new workstreams to support transition, palliative care, learning disabilities, patient experience and patient safety.
  • A rewarding and challenging role that requires dedication and commitment to ensure children and young people are at the centre of care.
