About the role

This is an exciting time to join our clinical team while we are undergoing service transformation and development. We’re investing in a wide range or roles within the clinical team to support our outreach and engagement with children, young people, and families.

We’re looking to recruit enthusiastic and passionate nurses to provide Children & Young People (CYP’s) palliative care as part of a multi-disciplinary team. This is a challenging yet rewarding role and requires dedication and commitment to ensure children and young people are at the centre of care.

You’ll be responsible for:
  • The delivery of high quality, clinical nursing care to children and young people that access our inhouse care.
  • Providing clinical nursing assessment and a broad range of interventions for CYP’s and flexible in meeting the needs of CYP’s with life threatening and life shortening conditions and their families.
  • You’ll also have opportunities to develop your community respite care skills in CYP’s homes.
