Our warehouse in Worthing is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 3pm, or until safe capacity is reached. This is for reasons of staff and customer safety and limited storage capacity.

Please give us a call on 01903 275660 before making your journey to ensure we can accept your donations.

We can accept clean good quality:

  • Clothes
  • Shoes, handbags, and accessories
  • Games, toys (with CE mark), and puzzles
  • Bric-a-brac
  • Books (paperback)
  • Furniture (upholstered and soft furnishings must have current fire labels)
  • Electricals (in full working order)

We ask only for good quality items because it costs us money to dispose of unsaleable donations.

Under the Government’s Gift Aid Scheme, every item you donate to us could be worth 25% more at no extra cost to you if you are a UK taxpayer. This lets us collect 25p more for every £1 raised, whenever we sell something that you have donated whether that is bric-a-brac, clothing, electricals or a sofa.

Sign up to Gift Aid when you donate in our shops or warehouse.  It only takes two minutes to fill in the form and costs you nothing!

You can drop off donations directly at our warehouse – we’re located just off the A27 at:

Unit A, Northbrook Trading Estate, 20 Northbrook Road, Worthing BN14 8PN

Tel: 01903 275660   Email: retailcustomerservice@stbh.org.uk
