These are some of the most frequently asked questions about The Snowman™ Spectacular.

How much are tickets for The Snowman™ Spectacular?

A table of 10 costs £1,000 with individual tickets at £100 each.


What is included in the ticket price?

Each guest is allocated a welcome drink, a delicious three-course meal with half a bottle of wine, plus first-class entertainment throughout the evening. Guests can pre-order additional drinks.


Can my company sponsor The Snowman™ Spectacular?

We welcome support from companies wishing to become Ball Partners and there are various benefits available to our sponsors.  For more information, please contact us.


Where does the event take place?

The Snowman™ Spectacular is held at the Hilton Brighton Metropole, Kings Road, Brighton BN1 2FU.


Where can I park at the Hilton Brighton Metropole?

There is limited parking available at the Hilton Brighton Metropole at a rate of £25.00 per day.


What time does The Snowman™ Spectacular start and finish?

The event begins with a drinks reception at 6.45pm with carriages at 2.00am.


What is the dress code?

The dress code is black tie and ball gowns.


What is the menu for The Snowman™ Spectacular?

I have special dietary requirements, how do inform Chestnut Tree House?

Please inform your table host who will pass this information directly to Chestnut Tree House.  If you have any particular queries about the menu, please contact us. All special dietary requirements must be submitted at least two weeks before the event.


Can I order additional wine and drinks for my table?

Table hosts are encouraged to pre-order their wine online directly from the Hilton Brighton Metropole Hotel in advance of the event.


I would like to stay at the Hilton Brighton Metropole on the night of the event, how do I book accommodation?

Guests of The Snowman™ Spectacular will receive preferential booking rates at the Hilton Brighton Metropole for the night of the event.


Can I have a formal photograph taken on the night?

Yes, a photographer will be available all evening in the bar area.  Photographs are priced at £15 each or three for £40.


What fundraising activities can I take part in on the night?

You can take part in various fundraising activities throughout the night: Choose a beautifully wrapped present from our gift grottos for just £10, we guarantee a prize every time! Buy a ticket for our gold and/or silver raffle draws – prizes to be confirmed. There will also be a main auction featuring some unique and exciting, ‘money can’t buy’ prizes for guests to bid on, as well as an online auction which will open in advance and close at midnight on the night of the event to give everyone – our Ball guests and supporters alike – the chance to bid on 50 fabulous lots and help raise even more vital funds for Chestnut Tree House.


What methods of payment are accepted at the event?

We will be accepting payment by cheque, cash and credit/debit card on the night.  We are unable to accept payment by American Express.
