About the group

Our bereaved sibling group provides a chance to meet other children and young people whose brother or sister has dies, who get what it’s like.

In these sessions, you’ll have:

  • a chance to share my feelings in a safe place where no one will judge me
  • a chance to make connections and share experiences
  • a chance for it to be about me and my experience
  • a chance to be how I actually feel, not how others want me to feel
  • a chance to hear about other people’s experiences and ways of coping with life
  • a chance to relax and be with other kids who get it
  • a chance to make sense of all that has happened and what is happening now
  • and a chance to have some fun too!
