About us

We are a group of three established hospices on the south coast, comprising of St Barnabas House, Chestnut Tree House and Martlets, plus the domiciliary care provider, Martlets Care.

By bringing our teams and resources together as one organisation we can focus on new and exciting visions and plans for our people and patients and provide even greater opportunities for our workforce.

Most job roles are posted on our HR portal. You can sign up to the portal and create a profile. The HR portal will save your application and you can return to it if you need to. You can also re-use your application and account if you apply for another role with us in the future.  

For all roles we’ll ask for references and DBS checks.

We have offices in Arundel, Hove and Worthing and you will have a base location at one of these. Where it is a requirement of the role to work across our different offices, it is anticipated that you are likely to spend up to two days a week working at one or more of these locations, as required.

Some clinical roles at Chestnut Tree House will work out of our Eastbourne office.
