We’re so grateful you're thinking of our children and families – your support means the world to us. While it’s lovely to see gifts piled under the tree, most of the children and young people we care for have specialist needs which means they can’t play with mainstream toys.

The best way to help this Christmas

When we ask children and young people what they want to do, trips out and fun activities are top of their wish list! Activities and days out offer children independence and a chance to do things they never thought possible. Parents can relax knowing their child is having a great time, safe in the hands of our specialist team.

If you’d like to send a gift this year, please consider helping children and families make precious memories by providing an experience or fun day out. Children and young people with life-limiting conditions often need round-the-clock care and parents rarely get a chance to step away from their caring responsibilities to just be parents. A spontaneous trip out to the local cinema, bowling alley or adventure park is out of reach for many of our families as it might involve transporting lots of medical equipment or having trained staff on hand.
