When Kai was just five months old, he was diagnosed with a life-limiting brain condition. He would never walk or talk, and was not expected to live past the age of two. Kai's mums Leanne and Sara explain how Chestnut Tree House helped them make memories during his life and in their final days together.

Chestnut Tree House is the children’s hospice for Sussex and South East Hampshire.
