We’d been in hospital with Kai for nearly a year, and when we left for the last time, coming to Chestnut Tree House was like coming home. A weight lifted from our shoulders – we could just breathe, hold Kai’s hand, and be a family again.

Remember a loved one this Christmas

This winter, we warmly invite you to dedicate a heart in memory of a loved one.

Every dedication we receive will be included in a wonderful display at our adult hospices, Martlets in Hove and St Barnabas House in Worthing. You are welcome to visit the hospice to see the display and spend some quiet time to reflect. The displays are the same at each hospice so you can choose the site closest to you.
