By booking/attending ‘Swim Club’ the participants understand and agree that attendance at the swimming session is entirely at their own risk and that no responsibility whatsoever shall attach to Chestnut Tree House or any person involved in the organisation for any injury, accidents, loss or damage suffered however such may be caused.By booking/attending participants confirm that all participants are healthy and fit enough to swim.During the swim session participants will be responsible for their own safety and those children and young people in their group.Participants will comply promptly with all instructions and guidelines given by the pool lifeguard or any other Chestnut Tree House staff member.Chestnut Tree House shall not be liable to for any injury, loss or damage of or to personal equipment belonging to the Participant or any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever arising out of Swim Club.Nothing in this agreement shall affect Chestnut Tree House for death or personal injury, fraud, or any other liability to the extent it cannot be excluded or limited by law.Please see NHS Guidance on use of Hydrotherapy pools and pregnancy if relevant. The hydrotherapy pool temperature is 34.3 degrees’.

Hydrotherapy pool therapy sessions are for children on our caseload and their families, and for safety reasons each session is limited to 9 people.

Please note these sessions are not facilitated by a member of the Chestnut staff team and you’re responsible for the care of those attending.
We’ll have a Poolside Safety Volunteer present on the poolside, please respect their directions at all times, as any non-compliance may result in future session not being available to you.
Please remember to bring your own towels.
To make sure that all families have the opportunity of a swim session, places are limited to ONE swim per family per month. Any bookings above this will be cancelled.

The booking is subject to short notice cancellation in the event of Poolside Safety Volunteer absence.

By booking Swim Club participants agree that their personal information can be stored and used by Chestnut Tree House for the organisation and administration of Swim Club.
