Care complaints

Your complaints, concerns and feedback are vitally important to us to help us monitor and improve our services.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback on your experience of our care service. Please be assured that raising a concern or making a complaint will not affect your care, either now, or in the future.

How to make a complaint

If you are concerned about the care or service you, your child or your family are receiving, please talk to a member of staff involved as soon as possible and let them know. We’ll always aim to resolve issues there and then if it’s possible.

If we have been unable to resolve your problem and you wish to make a care-related complaint, there are a number of ways to do this outlined below.

If you’d like to provide feedback about a non-care related matter, such as an event we’ve put on, a volunteering role or fundraising then please fill in this form.

Ways to provide feedback or make a complaint

The easiest way is to fill in the online form below, and a senior member of our care staff will be in touch as soon as possible.

You can also discuss your concern face to face, tell a member of staff involved in your care that you want or need help to make a complaint. You can ask to speak to or discuss your complaint with the senior person on duty or manager in charge.

Our promise

We promise that your complaint will be taken seriously, and you will be listened to. We will always try to find out what went wrong and do everything we can do to resolve the issue. Your details will only ever be disclosed on a need-to-know basis, although the nature of your concern or complaint and the outcomes may be shared for wider learning.
