We know it’s tough for so many people at the moment with the rising cost of energy, fuel and food so fundraising might feel hard. We’ve here to lend a hand and have lots of top tips for you on our fundraising hub.

Paula’s daughter, Lilly, has profound deafness and severe complex needs. Lilly and her family have been supported by Chestnut Tree House for several years, here’s what Paula has to say about the importance of the care we can only provide thanks to your fundraising and donations:

“Chestnut Tree House is amazing, they really are. They’re brilliant and they need all of the help and support that they can get so they can continue doing what they do for families like us. Please note, late arrivals will not be permitted to start the race.

• Unfortunately, for course safety reasons, the Worthing 10k England Athletics race licence does not permit racing wheelchairs, pushchairs or buggies.
• You must be at least 15 years old by race day.
