About Worthing 10k

The Worthing 10k is back to its traditional date of the first weekend of June, taking place on Sunday 8th June.

This flat and fast 10k is one of the largest and friendliest running events in the south east. It's the perfect opportunity to set a new PB time - or even bag your first!

You'll also be helping to support your local children's hospice, with the support of our experienced events team who will help you meet your fundraising goals, no matter what they are.

We know it’s tough for so many people at the moment with the rising cost of energy, fuel and food so fundraising might feel hard. We’ve here to lend a hand and have lots of top tips for you on our fundraising hub.

JustGiving pages are the easiest way to start fundraising, as you can set them up quickly, share them across social media immediately (even connect it to Strava), and all money come directly to us. JustGiving also takes care of all Gift Aid!

Paula’s daughter, Lilly, has profound deafness and severe complex needs. Lilly and her family have been supported by Chestnut Tree House for several years, here’s what Paula has to say about the importance of the care we can only provide thanks to your fundraising and donations:

“Chestnut Tree House is amazing, they really are. They’re brilliant and they need all of the help and support that they can get so they can continue doing what they do for families like us. It would be heart breaking if I was told that they were going to get taken away from us. I don’t know what we would do without them”.

The 10k starts at 9.30am.

Please note, late arrivals will not be permitted to start the race.

  • Unfortunately, for course safety reasons, the Worthing 10k England Athletics race licence does not permit racing wheelchairs, pushchairs or buggies.
  • You must be at least 15 years old by race day.
