Non-care complaints, concerns and feedback

We welcome your views on any aspect of Chestnut Tree House. If you would like to make a complaint or give feedback about our shops, retail operation, lottery, fundraising, events, volunteering, promotions or any other matter, please read the information below. You can contact us to complain, raise a concern or give feedback, in the following ways.

By completing our online form

You can submit a form via our website which will be automatically forwarded to the above email address. To make a complaint or give feedback via our website form, please click here.
